液压升降机的保养与护理

  ⒈每月保养
 
  升降台保养时人员进入升降台内部工作,必须吊住升降机防止升降台突然下降而造成人员伤亡。
 
  A.检查滚轮、中间轴及轴承;油缸销轴及轴承;臂架铰轴及轴承等润滑度和磨损情况;
 
  B.上述各部件加注润滑油。延长轴承使用寿命。
 
  C.检查液压油质和油位。升降台升至最高时液压油面应高出油箱底40-50毫米。液压油油色变暗,油质发粘,或油中有砂砾等异物时,应及时更换液压油。升降台的液压系统应用32#液压油。
 
  ⒉年终保养
 
  A.检查液压和管道连接部位。管道有破损应马上更换;连接部位有松动时拧紧管接头。
 
  B.卸下并拆开下降阀,用压缩空气将阀芯吹净后从新装上。
 
  C.把油箱中的液压油全部放尽打开油箱,取出吸油过滤器,洗净后放回油箱,按原位安装。油箱中从新注满新油。
 
  升降机升不起或上升力弱
 
  ⒈溢流阀压力调节不符合要求调整压力到要求值
 
  ⒉油缸内泄检查或更换油缸组件
 
  ⒊换向阀卡紧或内泄检查或更换阀组件
 
  ⒋油面过低、进油滤油器堵塞加足油,清洗滤油器
 
  ⒌供油泵有毛病检查或更换泵
 
  松土器升降不起或上升力弱
 
  ⒈溢流阀压力调节不符合要求调整压力到要求值
 
  ⒉油缸内泄见上项2.3.4.5的排除方法
 
  ⒊换向阀卡紧或内泄
 
  ⒋油面过低、进油滤油器堵塞
 
  ⒌供油泵有毛病
 
  ⒍单向阀泄漏检查单向阀芯与阀座磨损坏情况,单向阀弹簧是否疲劳、变形等。
 
  操作杆沉重
 
  ⒈操作杆机构有毛病检查、调整、更换不合格零件;清洗阀件;检查液压油清洁度
 
  ⒉控制阀阀芯卡紧(制造、安装问题、污物问题)
 
  液力变矩器及补偿系统有毛病,如液力变矩器无力,动力换档失灵,油温过高等
 
  ⒈液力变矩器无力
 
  ⑴液力油量不足
 
  ⑵调压不当
 
  ⑶背压不足检查变矩器油质量(是否误用液压传动用油),用量,检查变矩调压阀、背压阀及其调定压力值
 
  ⒉动力换档失灵
 
  ⑴.快回阀、减压阀、动力变速阀、换向阀出现卡死、内泄漏
 
  ⑵.油污染严重检查阀卡死原因并作相应排除,过滤或更换液力油。
 
  The hydraulic system is the power system of the hydraulic lifting platform,and is the most important component of the hydraulic lifting platform.Mastering the composition of the hydraulic system of the lifting platform and the efficacy of each part is helpful for people to master and maintain the hydraulic lifting platform in an all-round way.
 
  The hydraulic system of hydraulic lifting platform is generally composed of driving force element,implementing element,control element,auxiliary component and hydraulic oil
 
  1.The key of the driving force component is the hydraulic oil pump.Its function is to convert the mechanical kinetic energy of the transmission device into the hydraulic working pressure energy,and show the driving force to the whole hydraulic system,which is a part of the driving force of the whole hydraulic system.According to the structure,the hydraulic oil pump is generally divided into gear oil pump,axial piston pump,gear pump and screw pump.The common bipolar gasoline pump in the lifting platform can maintain the speed control of the lifting platform according to the operation with the hydraulic directional valve.
 
  2.The key to implement the components refers to the hydraulic cylinder and oil motor.According to the oil motor driving the gasoline pump,the mechanical kinetic energy is converted into the hydraulic working pressure energy,and the hydraulic working pressure energy is converted into mechanical kinetic energy according to the hydraulic cylinder.In that way,the hydraulic cylinder and the oil motor are special tools for energy conversion,in which the hydraulic cylinder does uniform linear motion,and the motor does rotary fitness exercise.Hydraulic cylinder and motor are harmful to the rising rate of hydraulic lifting platform in many aspects.The motor speed is faster and faster,the hydraulic cylinder is smaller and smaller,and the lifting platform speed up rate is faster and faster.
 
  3.The key control element controls the working pressure,total flow rate and orientation of hydraulic oil in the system software of hydraulic press.The control elements include working pressure control valve,total flow valve control valve and azimuth control valve(also known as hydraulic directional valve).The working pressure control valve is divided into:speed regulating valve(valve),pressure regulating valve,sequence valve,working pressure control relay.The key function of working pressure control valve is maintenance and monitoring(inspection and detection)to avoid damage of hydraulic system overpressure.In the hydraulic system of lifting platform,the common working pressure control valve is speed regulating valve,which plays a key role in limiting the overweight of lifting platform.Common total flow valve includes:relief valve,regulating valve(proportional valve),separation and collection control valve.The regulating valve(proportional valve)generally controls the opening degree of the valve according to the current or working voltage of the magnetic coil to exceed the target of regulating the total flow of hydraulic oil,and finally maintain the speed of the lifting platform.The separation valve is often used in a sewage treatment plant where several lifting platform elevators are operated.The key is to keep several lifting platforms in step.Azimuth control valve includes:single side control valve,one-way throttle valve,shuttle valve,hydraulic directional valve,etc.the common azimuth control valve of lifting platform is hydraulic directional valve,which is used to convert fuel pipe and keep hydraulic oil speed regulation.The key function of the hydraulic control system components of the hydraulic lifting platform is to adjust the total flow of hydraulic oil,regulate the flow of hydraulic oil,maintain the safety of the hydraulic system,and finally maintain the speed control and elevator conversion.
 
  4.The auxiliary components are other components besides the three parts,including barometer,oil filter,energy storage equipment,cooling tower,pipe,high-pressure ball valve,quick plug-in joint,total range of plastic hose,pressure measuring joint,pipe clamp and automobile oil tank,etc.,and the pipe materials include various three-way joints(flaring type,welding type,ferrule type,etc.),Flange),auxiliary components in the hydraulic system is also very important.Classification of hydraulic pipe joints:hydraulic hose,high-pressure ball valve,special quick plug-in joint,ferrule pipe joint,welded pipe joint and high-pressure hose.The most obvious difference between the hydraulic pipe joint and the general tee joint is that the working pressure of the hydraulic press is large and shocking,and the impact force of the oil pipe suddenly cracked is very large.
 
  5.Hydraulic oil,hydraulic oil is the hydraulic system energy conversion and transmission ratio cannot be less than the working material
